Terms of service
1. Acceptance
By accessing the PESAEAS website (pesaeas.org), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site. The site is intended for persons aged 18 or over.
2. The initiative
PESAEAS is an initiative of AKIOUD AI, a French SAS (SIREN 924 929 730), Paris. The website provides information about the initiative and its events. Content is for general information only and does not constitute legal, technical, or professional advice. Nothing on the site creates a partnership, employment, or agency relationship with visitors unless agreed in writing.
3. Intellectual property
The PESAEAS name, logo, and website content are owned by AKIOUD AI unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit them for commercial purposes without prior written permission. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use the site unlawfully; attempt unauthorized access; disrupt the site; or submit false or abusive content via forms. We may restrict access or report unlawful activity to competent authorities.
5. Events
Event registration, if offered, may be handled via third-party platforms (e.g. Eventbrite) under their terms. You must provide accurate information and behave lawfully and respectfully at events.
We may refuse or remove participants who breach these rules or venue rules, without obligation to refund third-party fees where we do not control them.
Images: Organizers or participants may take photographs or video for documentation of the initiative (including tax/administrative proof of events). If you do not wish to appear, inform the organizers on site; we will take reasonable steps where practicable. This does not waive rights that cannot be waived under applicable law (including image rights under French law).

6. Forms and third-party services
Contact and notification forms are transmitted via FormSubmit and delivered to AKIOUD AI by email. Event tools may be provided by third parties. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party sites or outages beyond our reasonable control.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AKIOUD AI and the PESAEAS initiative shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or from events, except where such exclusion is prohibited.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited under French or EU law (including mandatory consumer protections where applicable).

If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions continue in force.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. Subject to mandatory rules protecting consumers in their country of residence, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Paris, France. EU consumers may use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
