Introducing PESAEAS

PESAEAS — Policy-Enforced Secure Adversarial Enclave for Autonomous Systems — is an international technical initiative dedicated to the safety and containment of autonomous AI and robotic systems.

As AI systems become more capable and autonomous, traditional sandboxing is no longer sufficient. PESAEAS promotes policy-enforced adversarial enclaves: secure, isolated environments designed for intelligent systems that may actively attempt to escape or exploit their boundaries.

The initiative is establishing a forum for researchers, engineers, and industry practitioners to share knowledge, develop practices, and work toward technical standards for safe autonomous systems.

The scope covers policy enforcement, secure isolation, adversarial robustness, and autonomous systems — from software-based agents today to physical robotic systems tomorrow.
